After his DESS (Master’s degree) in urban development and works improvement, obtained in 1998, he joined Keops (a subsidiary of Nexity), firstly in its real-estate administration subsidiary, and then in its subsidiary specialising in corporate real-estate where he climbed through all the ranks. In 2008, he joined the PEGASE Partners Group, first of all in charge of retail portfolio valuation within ASSET and real-estate management services, then in charge of structuring and development of sourcing in the investment team, and finally as head of third party account transactions division.
