SOURCING
The historic positioning of various entities of the Pegase Partners Group ensures regular “first hand” sourcing of high potential operations. Over the past 12 months, 18 projects were accepted by the executive committee - about 8% of all operations submitted to the Group - and 15 were led to completion. 150 projects were received and pre-analyzed per month before proceeding with the above selection process.
ACQUISITION
In 2008, the year it was founded, Pegase Partners Group mobilized its teams for the acquisition of two holding companies totalling over 100M€ in real estate assets, an operation that called on the Group’s knowledge at every stage: audit, valuation, weighing financing options, financing round, closing, operational transition. Its development has grown steadily ever since.
