Pegase Partners Group represents

twenty years of banking sector experience and twenty years of expertise in real estate management.
Today, Pegase Partners Group handles 530 million Euros worth of real estate.
CEO and founder of Pegase Partners Group, a fast-growing real estate investment and operations company.
In 1988, François Gaucher created a real estate brokerage firm. Its business grew quickly, driven by the Rhone Alpes region’s industrial growth and real estate operations with nationwide scope.
In 1991, he founded, as partner and deputy director, the Société Financière de Versailles, a portfolio management company recognized by the French Securities and Exchange Commission. Sold in 1993, this company had taken over a portfolio of mortgage loans in France worth over 600 million Euros from the Caisse Hypothécaire Anversoise (Anhyp).
From December 1994 to the end of 2001, François Gaucher set up, through various structures, a work-out organization to handle litigation resulting from the real estate crisis at the beginning of the 1990s and played an active role in the negotiation and sale of large volumes of assets.
He sold his service provider platform in 2002 and became co-founder in 1994 of a real estate investment structure, GDG Participations.
In 2 years time, GDG Participations acquired some hundred real estate assets held by 31 SCIs (property investment companies) for a total sum of about 40 million Euros. In October 2006, GDG Participations was sold to the Henderson Land investment firm for over 65 million Euros.
Since 2003, François Gaucher, through several service companies within the Pegase Partners Group, had been leading experienced teams dedicated to the acquisition, management and sale of major real estate asset portfolios. This group’s strong suit knows how to manage “special situations” resulting from various situations (litigation, disinheritance, destination, reconversion…).
The Group has, among other things, handled sourcing and asset management for La Compagnie Foncière – Fideimur which it accompanied during its introduction onto the stock market (Euronext).
Main shareholder and director of Pegase Partners Group, today François Gaucher controls some 530 million Euros worth of real estate.
He has united within a single structure high performance units representing all the main professions of real estate (management, construction/renovation, sales…).
A significant part of these units’ sales are generated by clients outside of the group.
