Through its specialized subsidiaries, Pegase Partners Group also ensures Asset Management for more than 530M€ of assets spread over some twenty sites, its main aim being to develop property value for the long term and optimize return.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Pegase Partners Group, through its subsidiary CFGI ensures asset administration for third parties and for its own properties. In 2008, the group’s various management structures have collected over 10M€ in rent from over 500 tenants.
ADMINISTRATIVE AND ACOUNTING MANAGEMENT
Pegase Partners Group enjoys an extremely effective administrative and accounting hub. Creating and merging companies, accounts management, accounting and tax expertise are all done internally. This department handles all the group’s companies and the various real estate holding companies belonging to its shareholders in partnership with investors.
CONSTRUCTION
In its role as project owner and assistant owner, Pegase Partners Group regularly carries out major renovation and rehabilitation work. Through its Fra-Pol company, it also retains control of costs and deadlines on smaller work sites.
